HUD Updates Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Registration

HUD's Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) recently updated the Continuum of Care (CoC) Registration Notice (CPD-22-02) .

The updated Notice: 

  1. Reestablishes the CoC Program registration requirements for collaborative applicants;
  2. Outlines the requirements for Indian Tribes and Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs); and
  3. Changes the process for submitting questions as well as the place where registration resources will be hosted.

Unlike past years, registration won't open the second Tuesday of January. Instead, CoCs will be notified when registration is open in e-snaps through the CoC Competition page and via a HUD listserv message.
