Community Solutions and Rapid Results Institute invited Mona Tschurwald and Larry Todd from Seattle and Martha Are from Orlando to provide additional context to those who still have questions on how to locally organize and manage such funds. The discussion, held on May 6, 2016, provided a forum for communities to hear first-hand from their experiences and ask specific questions about how to determine next steps for development of risk mitigation funds.
