Designing a Community-wide Strategy for Ending Homelessness
Presented at the National Alliance to End Homelessness 2012 Conference
How should families access homeless assistance? How much shelter, rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing is needed? How should the needs of families be assessed? How can existing resources and infrastructure more closely match that ideal? How can families be linked to mainstream resources? This workshop will help answer questions about how homeless assistance in a community should be designed. Presenters will address the above questions.
